The Embassy is open and fully operational!

• We are printing visas :
This means that if your visa has been granted, you don’t have to do anything. Your passport with visa will automatically arrive at VFS, as per procedures.
VFS is currently open on Sundays, from 8:00am to 2:00pm.You don’t need appointment to go to VFS to pick up your passport.
Please note that if you are still in possession of your passport, you can bring it back either to VFS on Sundays, or directly to the Embassy, from 8:00am to 2:00pm on any workday.

• We are preparing notifications and originals :
This means that if your visa has been refused, the reasons why and detailed explanations will be sent to VFS as per procedures, as well as your passport and the official documents you put in your file.
VFS is currently open on Sundays, from 8:00am to 2:00pm.You don’t need appointment to go to VFS to pick up your documents.

• We are legalizing official documents :
But you absolutely need an appointment prior to your visit at the Embassy. This means that you must send us an email with your full name, telephone number and number of documents you want to have legalized. We will call you back to offer you an appointment date.
